Welcome to Discovering Me and ADHD, I am a passionate neurodivergent woman and ADHD life Coach who focuses on working with children and young people. It is my mission to help them learn about themselves while developing a positive, strength-based relationship with their ADHD. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology as well as an ADHD Life coaching certification from the International ADHD Coach Training Center. My love for working with neurodivergent children was sparked in my late teens when I started teaching and formulating specialized swimming lessons for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have since moved on to ADHD Life Coaching. In addition to private coaching, I also offer support/social groups for ADHD children and teens on Outschool as well as educational classes for youth about specific ADHD concepts such as; Working Memory, Attention and Focus and Dealing with Overwhelm.  I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of today’s neurodiverse youth and look forward to meeting you!
